Following a long career in a large recruitment firm, Sonya founded TalentNutt to bring a more personal, genuine and authentic approach to an area she knew she could better support. She can now provide her clients and candidates with the time and dedication that is really required to support them in achieving their goals, as well as build long-lasting, real relationships with each. In founding TalentNutt, she has moved away from KPI’s and targets to focus instead on the unique needs and challenges of those she works with, and find the headspace to employ creativity, problem solving and honesty.
